You decide how much a deal is worth. Haggl earns 10% of the total concession actually used when the customer pays. The shopper gets the other 90%.
No bidding. No monthly base fee. No charge for an unsuccessful negotiation.
E-commerce is currently available only for Shopify Plus stores, with Haggl-assisted setup before launch.

500 total negotiations per month
Eligible Shopify Plus stores can start free after assisted setup. Paid Shopify billing is pending release.
Allowances reset monthly in UTC. The 500-session capacity includes Free sessions already used that month; it is not 500 plus 50. Enable paid billing explicitly when you are ready.
On a $100 eligible purchase, a deployed $20 concession gives the shopper an $18 saving and Haggl a $2 fee. You retain $80 before other costs. Authorizing a ceiling does not mean spending it on every sale.
Illustrative USD purchase. Enter the concession this deal actually uses, up to your authorized ceiling. Displayed amounts are rounded; fractional fees accumulate before billing.
The shopper pays $82.00 before taxes and shipping. Your retained amount is before other costs. The Haggl fee is billed separately from checkout.
Choose the total concession you authorize for each customer segment. Shopper savings and our fee fit inside it.
Your negotiator works within that ceiling. Offers and counteroffers belong to one session. No purchase means no Haggl fee.
Direct merchants receive monthly Stripe invoices. Eligible Shopify Plus stores can start free after Haggl-assisted setup; paid Shopify billing is pending release. The shopper checks out with your business.
The fee is accounted for inside your concession but billed separately; this is not an automatic split of the shopper’s payment. Taxes, shipping, payment processing and product costs are separate.
Why we share the discount →E-commerce is currently available only for Shopify Plus stores, with Haggl-assisted setup. Creating a free workspace is the first step. Haggl provisions a merchant-specific app, you authorize it, and we verify discount delivery and checkout together before launch. Other Shopify plans and storefronts are not supported in the current rollout.
Current pricing for new signups, updated September 14, 2026: Free and Pay as you go replace the former Starter, Growth and Pro monthly subscription tiers. Existing legacy agreements remain in effect until explicitly changed. Negotiation allowances limit capacity; they are not per-negotiation prices. On Pay as you go, only verified paid purchases earn a fee. See https://www.haggl.ai/pricing for current pricing.
Haggl takes 10% of the total concession actually used, not 10% of the product price or 10% of the shopper’s saving. For a $100 eligible purchase using a $20 total concession, the shopper saves $18 and Haggl earns $2. You retain $80 before taxes, shipping, payment processing, product costs and other charges. A 20% ceiling does not mean every negotiation uses the full 20%.
Only when a negotiated offer leads to a verified paid purchase. A started negotiation, accepted offer, or unused discount code creates no Haggl fee. Direct merchants receive monthly Stripe invoices. Eligible Shopify Plus stores can start free after Haggl-assisted setup; paid Shopify billing is pending release. The commercial model is the same. Haggl’s fee is billed separately from the shopper’s checkout, while remaining inside your approved total concession.
Free includes 50 negotiations per calendar month with Haggl fees waived and no payment method required. Waiving the fee leaves the shopper’s agreed saving unchanged; you keep the waived amount. Pay as you go allows 500 negotiations total per month, including sessions already used that month, with no base fee. You explicitly enable billing before paid usage. Free usage is not an extra 50 on top of the 500.
One negotiation is one session between a buyer’s agent and your business. Its offers and counteroffers stay in that session. Sessions count toward your monthly allowance even if no purchase follows, but unsuccessful sessions do not generate a fee. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC.
New negotiations pause at your plan’s session limit. Reaching the Free limit never enrolls you in paid billing automatically. On Pay as you go, the limit is 500 total sessions per month. There are no automatic upgrades or per-session overage charges.
Haggl reverses the fee attributable to refunded eligible items, proportionally for partial refunds and fully for a full eligible refund. Adjustments after billing are reconciled through your billing provider or support. Contact support with the order reference if an adjustment is missing; never send payment-card details.
The fee applies to the Haggl concession on eligible merchandise, not taxes, shipping, or unrelated promotions. Your shopper sees the actual saving and the checkout total. Payment-provider charges and applicable taxes on Haggl’s own bill are separate. Shopper amounts use the currency’s smallest unit. Fractional Haggl fees are accumulated before billing, so a displayed rounded fee can differ from the final combined bill.
Yes, when the concession rate is the same. A $20 product using a 20% total concession produces a $0.40 Haggl fee; a $200 product using the same rate produces a $4 fee. Both use the same 10% share. No industry price bands or bidding are involved.
No. A paid order confirms a purchase, not that Haggl caused an incremental sale. You choose the products and concession limits based on your own margins. Haggl’s fee shares your approved concession; it does not remove product costs or guarantee profitability.
