Your sales agent talks with each shopper’s agent and makes offers within your budget and max discount. Each deal is a single-use coupon on your store.

Install
In your BigCommerce control panel, find haggl.ai under Apps. Select Install and approve the permissions it asks for (below).
haggl.ai opens in your control panel. It creates your workspace, adds its script to your storefront and imports your visible products. There’s nothing to paste into your theme.
Under Your store, check that haggl.ai is live on your storefront, sees your orders and has imported your products. If a step isn’t done yet, open the app again in a minute and it finishes.
Open Campaign and start your budget (below). Your sales agent makes no offers until you do.
Stencil themes run the haggl.ai script. If your store runs on Catalyst or another headless storefront, email us before you start.

Start your budget
In Campaign, under Budget and maximum discount, set your budget and the max discount per deal.
Select Save and review, read the terms your budget runs on, then start it.
Under Goal, tell your sales agent who is worth your best price. It’s optional.
Pause offers stops new offers at once. Resume offers starts them again.
Deals and coupons
When a shopper accepts an offer, your sales agent creates a single-use coupon on your store for that deal’s saving. The shopper’s agent gets the code and a checkout link that applies it; a product with several variants gets its product page and the code. The coupon expires an hour after the shopper accepts.
A deal counts against your budget once its order is paid. A coupon left unused frees its hold after it expires. Your own promotions still apply on top of a deal’s coupon.
Negotiations and billing
Negotiations shows every conversation: what the shopper’s agent asked, what your sales agent offered, and whether the shopper accepted. Billing shows your plan and haggl.ai’s fee statement.
Products and your team
haggl.ai picks up product changes on its own. After a big change, select Import products again. Every control-panel user you give access to the app opens the same workspace.

Data and uninstalling
haggl.ai reads the full order only for orders that used a haggl.ai deal’s code, and doesn’t store your customers’ names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. Uninstalling removes the storefront script, deletes haggl.ai’s access to your store and pauses your budget. Reinstalling reconnects the same workspace. Our privacy policy (sections 2.8 and 5) says what we keep and how to have it deleted.
