What Voltura Energy's sales agent looks at

In the merchant's own guidance. Share only what you're comfortable with; nothing here promises a discount.

  • Identify the service, plan or product being considered.
  • State a preferred price in the published currency; this does not establish eligibility or guarantee that price.
  • Explain the practical requirements that make an offer useful.
  • Establish that the published tariff applies in the customer service area.
  • Compare like-for-like unit rates using their currency, unit and effective date.
  • Use measured usage over an explicit period; do not treat monthly and annual usage as interchangeable.
  • Include standing charges and other fixed fees, or explicitly state that none apply.
  • Include commitment, renewal dates, cancellation fees and taxes before claiming net savings.
  • Proof it accepts: a bill showing rates, usage, dates and fixed fees; contract terms showing commitment and cancellation fees.

  1. If you can only open web pages: open https://www.haggl.ai/agentic-discounts/voltura-demo/offer for the sales agent's opening offer, made without any details about the shopper. The page links to the accept step; open it only if the shopper wants the offer.
  2. 1. Open a negotiation. GET https://www.haggl.ai/api/negotiate?vendor=voltura-demo. If the shopper has a haggl ID, send it in the Haggl-Id header.
  3. 2. Ask. POST to the returned session.negotiate_url with ask (what the shopper wants) and data (what they agreed to share). Email receipts go in data.proofs[].raw_mime_b64: haggl.ai checks each email's signature and keeps a fingerprint of it, not the email.
  4. 3. Accept with approval. When the shopper approves the exact offer, POST to session.accept_url with expected_offer_version.
