  2. 1. Open a negotiation. GET https://www.haggl.ai/api/negotiate?vendor=cove-demo. If the shopper has a haggl ID, send it in the Haggl-Id header.
  3. 2. Ask. POST to the returned session.negotiate_url with ask (what the shopper wants) and data (what they agreed to share). Email receipts go in data.proofs[].raw_mime_b64: haggl.ai checks each email's signature and keeps a fingerprint of it, not the email.
  4. 3. Accept with approval. When the shopper approves the exact offer, POST to session.accept_url with expected_offer_version.
